Measure What Matters Masterclass
October 25 @ 3:00 pm - November 15 @ 4:00 pm
We are launching Measure What Matters, our first entirely virtual course, to provide guidance, expertise, & accountability to entrepreneurs building sustainable business. By leveraging the B Impact Assessment, we will walk you through how to measure, improve, and tell your impact story without costing you your bottom line.
Why is the B Impact Assessment tool helpful for business owners?
The B Impact Assessment helps position you and your business as a leader in sustainability. reSET’s new Measure What Matters masterclass is inspired by the global movement led by B Lab, leveraging the B Impact Assessment to identify, measure, and communicate business impact. For companies that decide to pursue the official B Corp Certification status (different than a legal benefit corporation), you gain a verified guarantee of transparency and accountability to your audience. Whether you get certified or not, the globally recognized assessment serves as an important framework to build a better business and can be leveraged into stronger strategies and more formal policies in line with your values.
Why is reSET launching this course?
At reSET we are committed to leveraging this tool to provide greater resources and accountability to our network of entrepreneurs who are forging a new path for CT sustainable business. After providing B Corp consulting one-on-one we realized the benefits of navigating this path in a group setting with like-minded individuals. We are launching this cohort-model course to provide accountability, strategic support, and coaching at a more affordable price. In addition, we hope that providing this program virtually will make it easier to access wherever you’re located.
Who is this class for?
Measure What Matters is designed for the business owner who wants to be a leader in prioritizing purpose alongside profit. This course is recommended for small to medium size businesses that have at least 2 paid employees. The B Impact Assessment can be applied to business in every industry, whether you are a manufacturing company with a significant supply chain or you are a finance start-up.
We are all being called on to create the world we want to live in, as current events have shone a bright light on all the things that are not working. For entrepreneurs, there is a chance to build a strong business foundation that prioritizes people, place, and environment. Businesses play an integral role in building an inclusive and sustainable economy that works for everyone. B Corps are a global movement of people using business as a force for good.
