Ahavah: The Story of Christmas is multimedia dance production that is produced and performed by Ekklesia Contemporary Ballet and Ekklesia School of Ballet who are based in Killingworth, CT.
Ahavah has become a Christmas tradition for the Shoreline Community. Ekklesia Contemporary Ballet and Ekklesia School of Ballet will perform Ahavah: The Story of Christmas at the new Morgan School in Clinton, CT. Performance dates Saturday, December 7 at 1 pm and 6 pm, and Sunday, December 8 at 4 pm. All proceeds from the performance will benefit The Shoreline Soup Kitchens & Pantries (SSKP).
Over the past 6 years of performing Ahavah, over $38,000 was donated to the Shoreline Soup Kitchens and Pantries. Matched by The Gowrie Group, these donations provided over 211,000 meals to our neighbors in need! We are dancing to end hunger!
